There are no setup fees, upgrade charges, or long term contracts with TimeSheet1.com.
A "user" is any individual with a TimeSheet1.com logon id.
User accounts can be "inactivated" by a system administrator to prevent logon, but time
data remains for reporting purposes. There is no charge for inactivated user accounts.
Signing Up and Billing
A credit card is required for TimeSheet1.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We only bill your card after the 10 day evaluation period has ended. If you wish to cancel your
account, please contact us before the evaluation period has ended by clicking on the support link
at the top right of each application page, or use the contact page at this website.
We bill monthly before the month of service based on the number of users in your database.
An eMail billing confirmation is sent to the administrator.
Any account with a delinquent payment of more than 15 days will be disabled.
If you wish to cancel your account at any time, please contact us by clicking on the support link
at the top right of each application page, or use the contact page at this website. Your account
will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
